I have two options for you, one is the best affordable and great for beginners and the other a little better in quality and still affordable. It all depends on how much you are willing to invest on this- most importantly how serious of an artist you are:)…when you get there you realize there are other options and you may build on trough time.
here are my start up suggestions for you outlined in different prices and sets, you can do one or the other or combination of both:

Acrylic Paint:
“REEVES”- 12 small tubes for only $7.65
“Systems 3″- acrylic starter set for $ 16.95 or
“Liquitex”- COLLECTION for $ 57.95- this is the quality I use, they are a bit ticker then the other and the whole set including two brushes, big white colour tube, gloss gel medium and palette knife.

Brushes:
20 Peace Studio Value Pack for only $ 4.99 (great for beginners)
or “Daler Rowney brush set for $ 24.95 a bit better quality

Palette: there are two options one is disposable paper, the other is wooden- affordable

Canvas: I suggest somewhere between 16 and 20 inch is great, you can have a square or rectangular option:
– one option is stretched on tin frame:
16x16inch for $ 6.49
20x20inch for $8.95

the Gallery- tick frame is the one i use and basically after the work is painted you don’t need to frame it
16×16- $11.99
20×20 inch- $ 15.95
feel free to select what is calling you…

EASEL: is an option ( i do recommend you having one for personal use)
there are few options there and the most affordable one is the
Student display
SUNKIM for only $ 24.99- it folds to a long peace of wood very easy to transport.

over all the most affordable price come about: $ 43.12 with the EASEL or only $ $18.13 with no easel( i do have tree easels and can lend you one )

other thing to consider is to wear comfortable clothing for painting and bring a journal and a pen.

She ran my Bars for the very first time and new and exciting possibilities started to show up (still have been) This has been an incredible journey of amazing events, fun discoveries, and expanded increasing incredible awareness’s.

Everyone I know has seen big changes in me and I have noticed the changes as well. I have more ease with people and myself. The joy she has introduced me to is phenomenal. This has really been something that works for me.

I have had huge shifts in my being and body.(Still do) I have been going through some major shifts in my life and being in the question really works. I used to be “labeled with disabilities..they are truly “abilities and capacities!”

Things show up with ease now, I can read and follow the energy I have become more psychic, more aware, more at ease and have more allowance of others.. etc.

They say it’s weird, wacky and wonderful and it works.
